Individual Therapy

While I am open to working with anyone with whom there is resonance, I find that I have a particular medicine for working with the feminine. I invite women, girls, and feminine-identified folks of all ages to reach out. I especially love working with girls 10-12, teenagers, and young women in their twenties and thirties. I see the wisdom in working with developmental phases that I have already lived through. That being said, the alchemy of therapeutic rapport is mysterious, and age/gender doesn’t always matter so much. So reach out if you feel the nudge.

This therapeutic approach is also a training in mindfulness, and the kind of client who benefits the most from this work is not looking for a quick fix, but is instead invested in unwinding of ingrained habit patterns to reduce suffering, elevate fulfillment, understand oneself, improve behavior, and contribute to the wellbeing of others.

Session Locations

I offer 60 and 90 minute sessions. Sessions can either be online or out in the forested trails of my home in the Columbia River Gorge. 90 minute sessions are great for in-person work, and you are always welcome to stick around to wander the by the creek or check out the nearby waterfalls while you’re out here. 90 minute sessions can also be great for folks who cannot meet weekly.

Fees and Insurance

60 minute individual therapy session (sliding scale): $120-$175*

90 minute individual therapy session (sliding scale): $200-$250*

I set my fees based on business and living expenses as well as my desire to offer discounted or pro-bono services to those who need it. When you pay my full rate, you are not only supporting my livelihood and work; you’re also helping someone else receive services who otherwise would not be able to access this kind of support.

I currently accept OHP CareOregon, OHP Trillium (case by case), and OHP Open Card, as well as out-of-pocket.

I offer a limited number of discounted rates below the sliding scale amount to clients who are experiencing financial difficulty, and are dedicated to the counseling process and interested in ongoing work together. Feel welcome to reach out to find out more. If you are not able to afford individual work at this time, check out my group offerings to see if there are any openings. Let’s find a way for you to plug in if the call is clear.

May these words and images contribute to our collective awakening from the hypnosis of separation. May we remember our true Beauty.
